parentsIN emerged connecting parents to parents-friendly companies, which means companies with formal practices and policies to enable their employees to perform their duties in conciliation with their family responsibilities.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal and business contact information, professional credentials and skills, educational and work history, and other such information that may be included on a resume.
